In these situations, RocketPhone determines why and how personal data is processed.

RocketPhone acts as a data processor when providing services to customers and processing personal data on their behalf.

This may include customer-uploaded data, communications data, contact information and other personal data processed through the RocketPhone platform.

In these circumstances, our customer is generally the data controller and determines the purposes and means of processing. If your personal data has been provided to RocketPhone by one of our customers, you should direct privacy-related requests to that customer in the first instance.

Depending on your relationship with us, we may collect personal data including: name; business contact details; company information; account information; billing information; communications and correspondence; technical and device information; application usage information; website usage information; support requests; recruitment information; and other information voluntarily provided to us.
